Tonight at 7:07 p.m. ET, the Cleveland Indians (19-21) and Toronto Blue Jays (20-21) take the field at the Rogers Centre for the rubber match of their three-game set. The game can be live streamed for free here. Cleveland fans can hear all of the action on WTAM 1100 while Toronto fans can do the same on SN590.

Cleveland looks to win the series to close out a six-game road trip that it is currently 3-2 on while Toronto finishes up its nine-game homestand that it is currently 4-4 on. The Blue Jays took Game 1 on Friday 3-2 while the Indians bounced back Wednesday with a dominant 15-4 victory.

Danny Salazar (1-3, 5.65 ERA) takes the mound for Cleveland while J.A. Happ (1-1 4.63 ERA) mans the hill for Toronto.

Salazar is pitching on extra rest and will make his first start since May 7.

"I've got some extra days to work on things that I need to work on," Salazar told MLB.com. "I think that's fine."

Happ will look to bounce back from a rough start against the Los Angeles Angels after he allowed seven hits and four earned runs in 2 1/3 innings last time out.

"You try to pitch and you try to execute, and it was certainly frustrating today, not being as sharp as I'd like," Happ said via MLB.com after the loss.

Happ will look to avoid Cleveland's Nick Swisher, who has hit .286 (2-for-7) against him with one home run and three walks.in 10-career at-bats.

Toronto outfielder Jose Bautista  is tied for the MLB lead in walks (34), is fourth in runs (33) and tied for third in on-base percentage (.429) while fellow outfielder Melky Cabrera leads the majors in hits (56).

Cleveland outfielder Michael Bourn leads the MLB in triples (4) while Carlos Santana is tied with Bautista with an MLB-best 34 walks.

The Indians and Blue Jays each search for a series win when they take the field tonight at the Rogers Centre in Toronto.
