NFL Draft AFC West Grades; Raiders Continue Great Offseason; Broncos, Chiefs Make Questionable Choices [VIDEO]

Now that the NFL draft has come and gone, the only thing left to do is look at who came out looking the best. Division by division, who had the best and worst drafts. Last but not least is the AFC West.

Denver Broncos:
Best Pick:
 Cody Latimer, WR, Indiana
Worst Pick: Bradley Roby, CB, Ohio State
Analysis: The Broncos are clearly all in on the 2014 season with the end of Peyton Manning era coming soon, but the draft seemed to be the opposite. Roby really doesn't effect the 2014 Broncos as he needs to get some coaching before he can play at an effective level. The Broncos did supply Manning and his heir with another underrated target in Latimer.
Grade: C+

Kansas City Chiefs:
Best Pick:
 Aaron Murray, QB, Georgia
Worst Pick: Dee Ford, DE, Auburn
Analysis: We knew someone would reach on Ford, but I wouldn’t had guessed it was the Chiefs to bite. The Chiefs needed receiver and interior line help, but didn't address either until the fifth in sixth round. The Chiefs still have needs, but they might have grabbed their future quarterback in Aaron Murray. Murray will rehab his knee while learning Andy Reid’s scheme.
Grade: C

Oakland Raiders:
Best Pick:
Khalil Mack, OLB, Buffalo
Worst Pick: Immediate Help
Analysis: The Raiders have completely nailed this offseason for the first time in a long time. Their free agency period and now their draft have been one of their best in recent history. Both Khalil Mack and Derek Carr could be the face of the franchise for years to come if they pan out, but they didn't draft too much talent that can play right now. The Raiders are playing for 2015, but they could surprise in 2014.
Grade: A-

San Diego Chargers:
Best Pick:
Jeremiah Attaochu, OLB, Georgia Tech
Worst Pick: Value
Analysis: The Chargers hit on a bunch of needs, but outside of the needs they didnt get a ton of value in their picks. Attaochu and Verrett are excellent value, but after those picks they didn’t come away with anyone eye popping. If the Chargers can repeat last year's success with better defensive play they could be dangerous.
Grade: B-
