The defending national champions need at least another win next week's Southeastern Conference tournament to help their postseason chances. However, Kentucky clinches the No.2 seed in the SEC with Saturday's win and first and second round byes next week in Nashville.
Kentucky's win ended a two-game losing streak, which included a disappointing upset to Georgia earlier this week. Kentucky captures their second top-25 win of the season with the first coming against then-No. 16 Ole Miss.
Archie Goodwin led all Kentucky players in scoring with 16 points, while Ryan Harrow and Julius Mays eached chipped in 13 points a piece. Forward Alex Pythress scored nine points while grabbing a game-high 12 rebounds.
