WWE Champion Daniel Bryan Comments on Wedding, Father's Death, Passing of Connor 'The Crusher'; YES Chants in NHL Playoffs [VIDEO]

In his first personal comments since winning the WWE Title at WrestleMania 30, marrying Brie Bella in a Bohemian Wedding, the death of his father and the passing of eight-year-old super fan Connor "The Crusher" Michalek, Daniel Bryan said, "Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain."

The fact that this mixed bag of events all occurred in such a short time frame must have been staggering for Daniel Bryan, so it's nice to see that he is taking a positive approach as he moves forward with his marriage and his pro wrestling career.

Meanwhile, for anyone who thought the YES! Movement might have faded since WrestleMania, it has recently regained steam as a pop culture crossover phenomenon thanks to the Pittsburgh Penguins and their fans chanting YES! throughout the 2014 NHL Playoffs.

The Penguins picked up on the Daniel Bryan movement after the Pittsburgh Pirates baseball team chanted YES! in their dugout during games, and Bryan himself contributed to the following video that is being played during games:

CB's Analysis: There have been rumors that the longevity of Daniel Bryan's run as WWE Champion will be cut short due to backstage impressions that the YES! Movement is more over than Bryan himself. However, it would be completely unfair of WWE officials to separate the two since there would not be a YES! Movement if Bryan didn't adopt the chant as his own.

Ironically, the YES! chants began when Bryan was a heel, but it just didn't matter to the fans who appreciated his ring work and blossoming persona in WWE.
