CollegeSpun.com is reporting that a company called Smack Apparel is selling "Jameis Famous Crab Shack Emporium" T-shirts. The T-shirts make fun of the Heisman Trophy winner, who "forgot" to pay for $32 worth of seafood -- crab leges and crawfish -- from a grocery store in Tallahassee, Fla., earlier this week.

The caption on the front of the T-shirt reads, "Eat 'em like you stole 'em," while the bac of the shirt says, "Our Crabs are Always at a Five Finger Discount!"

The T-shirts themselves, however, are not at a discout. They are selling for $17.99 with Smack Apparel hoping to attract Florida State rivals.

Winston was suspended from the baseball team for his transgressions, but can work his way back onto the team by completing his first-time offenders program with the Leon County Sheriff's Department. Florida State Seminoles football coach Jimbo Fisher added that he condoned any action the baseball team took against Winston, saying Winston should have known better.

Leon County police said that Winston was "very cooperative" with the investigation and acknowledged not paying for the food, ESPN reported.

"He indicated to the deputies that he had forgotten and when he got home, he realized that he had not paid, but in fact, he had made no effort to contact Publix (the grocery store in which the theft took place) or return to pay prior to the deputies' arrival three hours after Winston left the store."

In a signed statement from Winston released by his lawyers, he said he's taking full responsibility for the "unfortunate incident."

And unfortunately for Winston, a T-shirt is being sold to "commemorate" the occasion and serve as a reminder to Winston of his transgression.
