Two clubs in opposite halves of the Spanish Liga table will do battle today in a league match between Real Madrid and Almeria. The first-division clash scheduled for 4 p.m. ET will be held at the Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid and can be live streamed here free.

With reigning FIFA Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo still nursing a hamstring injury, manager Carlo Ancelotti has taken to the media to play down the severity of it. Though Ronaldo will miss today's clash with Almeria and his future status is uncertain, Ancelotti has not ruled him out for Wednesday's Copa del Rey final (h/t to the Financial Express). "I don't know if he will be able to play on Wednesday," Ancelotti told a post-training news conference. "He is not happy because it is an important moment in the season," he added.

"If he is not at 100 percent he won't play. If he has a chance of featuring in the Cup final that means it's not a serious injury."

Will Real Madrid be able to capture another three points without the services of Cristiano Ronaldo? Tell us @SportsWN
