2014 ESPYs host Drake goes in disguise to ask people to rate his performance at the ESPYs, which has yet to take place [VIDEO]

Lolo Jones' tweet nothwithstanding, Drake showed a glimpse of his comedic talents for his gig as host of the ESPYs in July.

Extramustard.si.com reported that the rapper/singer/actor did some work for late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel by going out in disguise and asking random people what that think about him and what they thought about his performance on the ESPYs.

Which is still two months away.

Extramustard.si.com included video footage of the encounters Drake had in his report.

The video clip showed Drake at his acting best. He was able to make himself the butt of the joke but still was clever enough to include some funny dialog with the unsuspecting interviewees.

It was announced on Wednesday night that Drake would be the host of the show, which gives out awards for Excellence in Sports Performance. The show in its 22nd year this summer, has had actors, comedians, singers and sports icons as hosts.

Actor Samuel L. Jackson has hosted the show four times, the most of any ESPYs host.

Drake joins the likes of Jamie Foxx and Justin Timberlake as singers hosting the show. Drake received a little extra publicity on Thursday when Olympic hurdler and bobsledder Lolo Jones made a joke about his hosting the show that went viral.

The show will take place July 16 at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live.
