PIRATES vs BREWERS Watch FREE Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Coverage Milwaukee

Tonight at 8:10 p.m. ET, the Pittsburgh Pirates (6-3) and Milwaukee Brewers (7-2) jumpstart their three-game series live from Miller Park in Milwaukee. The game can be live streamed here. Pittsburgh fans can hear all of the action on KDKA 93.7 while Milwaukee fans can do the same on WTMJ 620.

The Pirates are coming off of taking two out of three from the Philadelphia Phillies and play game four of their nine-game road trip while the Brewers are off to their best start since 1998 and swept back-to-back series against the Boston Red Sox and the Phillies on the road and now return home for a six-game homestand against division foes.

Francisco Liriano (0-1, 3.00 ERA) takes the mound for the Pirates while Wily Peralta (0-0, 3.60 ERA) toes the rubber for the Brewers.

Peralta knows that he's in for a real challenge against the Bucs and in the Central Division.

"It's going to be tough," he told MLB.com. "Pittsburgh has a good team; they showed that last year. St. Louis pretty much has the same team. We definitely have a better team, I know that."

Pittsburgh won 12 of 19 meetings against Milwaukee last season, and now the Brewers are hoping to sway the results in 2014 after rattling off  six consecutive wins.

"The Pirates are coming to town, so we have to treat them just like we did Boston and Philly," said Brewers catcher Jonathan Lucroy via MLB.com. "We have to take them seriously and be ready to roll."

Lucroy is hitting .371 with a homer and an RBI thus far this season.

One player the Brewers will have to be wary of is Pirates third baseman Pedro Alvarez, who has had two two-homer games thus far this season. He's also had a keen eye, walking six times. Alvarez is hitting .229 with five homers and 10 RBIs.

"He's become much more aware of where he gets pitched, and has learned that he is much better served when he hits the ball hard where it's pitched," Pirates manager Clint Hurdle said of his cleanup hitter. "There isn't a ballpark that can hold him, and he can leave any park from line to line."

Two division rivals take the field against each other when the Pirates and Brewers clash this afternoon at Miller Park in Milwaukee.
