Manny Pacquiao retirement rumors: Freddie Roach thinks Bible interfering with 'Pacman's' career, Timothy Bradley loss could force exit from boxing [VIDEO]

Fans may want to make sure they find a way to watch Manny Pacquiao's fight Saturday vs. Timothy Bradley--it might be the last time he ever steps in the ring.

According to trainer Freddie Roach, if Pacquiao doesn't win against his undefeated opponent, he may leave the sport of boxing altogether. A defeat would mark his third loss in his last four fights.

"This is a 'must-win' situation on Saturday night, and if we don't win this fight we have to consider maybe retirement," Roach told Telegraph Sport. "So this is a big, big fight for him. We are in a 'must-win' situation, it's as simple as that. Some people think we are all done and we have to prove that we are not."

Some have speculated that Pacquiao's increasing devotion to being a member of the government in the Philippines has created a logjam of interests competing for his full attention, but Roach begs to differ. He blames an increase in Pacquiao's religious devotion for his recent stumbles.

"To be fair, he doesn't have too much on, because he is very focused on this fight. The thing is The Bible is getting in the way a little bit, but I showed him in The Bible there is violence, and there is payback," Roach said.

Pacquiao's intensity in interviews has been evident, even through his famous smile. Bradley has questioned Manny's heart several times leading up to Saturday's clash which has struck a nerve in the former pound-for-pound top dog.

"He was not too happy about the way Bradley was talking about him, he said he felt disrespected. You see, Manny is a good guy. He doesn't talk bad about anybody, but he felt disrespected by him. Manny lights up at disrespect turns it up a notch. That switches something in him."
