Two clubs in opposite halves of the Premier League table will do battle today in a league match between Cardiff City and Liverpool. The first-division clash scheduled for 11 a.m. ET will be held at Cardiff City Stadium in Cardiff and can be live streamed here free.
Liverpool enters today's match with Cardiff riding a momentous wave that lifted them to second in the Premier League table. Striker Luis Suarez has carried the club all season, both figuratively and literally. In recent celebrations, defender Martin Skrtel has gleefully left atop the shoulders of the Uruguayan. He insists, however, that it's not choreographed (h/t to Liverpool's official website). "Obviously it was nothing planned before," Skrtel said.
"But when we scored in the game against Everton - and now against United - you go mad after those goals, so it was something I'd done before and now again. I'm glad the fans liked it," he added.
"It says everything [about the team spirit]. Everyone can see when we celebrate that everyone - every single player - is together. We're happy scoring goals and winning games.
"Everyone can see the spirit in the team and the changing room is perfect now."
