St. Louis has won three games in a row and is looking to be the first team to clinch a berth into the Stanley Cup playoffs while Chicago has lost three of its last four games. The Blues have taken all three previous meetings from the Blackhawks this season, including a 6-5 shootout victory last time these teams met on Dec. 28 in St. Louis.

The Blues have an NHL-best 101 points this season and will be looking to expand on it tonight.

The Blackhawks realize the Blues are the best team in the NHL right now and that it will be tough to beat them.

"Right now they're the best team in the league," said Chicago defenseman Duncan Keith, who scored his first goal in 30 games Tuesday, according to NHL.com. "It's going to be a fun game, a good challenge. They've got a lot of depth on that team. It seems like they've been building that team, that same group of guys for three or four years now, and you know they're going to be hungry."

The Blackhawks have been led by Patrick Kane who has 68 points off of 29 goals and 39 assists while Patrick Sharp has 29 tallies and 37 helpers for 66 points and Jonathan Toews has found the twine 27 times and added 38 assists for 65 points.

T.J. Oshie paces the Blues with 17 goals and 37 assists for 54 points while Alex Steen has 30 markers and 23 helpers for 53 points and Jaden Schwartz has lit the lamp 21 times and added 30 assists for 51 points.

In net, St. Louis will likely turn to Ryan Miller, who is 22-22-4 with a 2.53 goals-against average and a .925 save percentage while Corey Crawford will likely play between the pipes for Chicago and is 26-12-10 with a 2.26 GAA and a .918 save percentage.

The Blues and Blackhawks matchup for the fourth time this season tonight when the lights come up at the United Center in Chicago.
