1. Chelsea: 66 points (20-4-6)

Chelsea's title hopes took a slight blow in Week 30. The Blues stumbled on their trip to Villa Park, falling 1-0 to Aston Villa. Their lead in the Premier League table is now a reachable four points.

Up next: A visit from Arsenal on March 22.

2. Liverpool: 62 points (19-5-5)

Liverpool returned to their perch following a 3-0 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford. A pair of Steven Gerrard penalties and a Luis Suarez finisher was enough for the Reds to complete the league double over United.

Up next: A trip to Cardiff City on March 22.

3. Arsenal: 62 points (19-5-5)

An early screamer from Tomas Rosicky in the second minute was enough to carry Arsenal to victory in the North London Derby. The 1-0 win over Tottenham kept the Gunners along the title pace.

Up next: A trip to Chelsea on March 22.

4. Manchester City: 60 points (19-5-3)

Manchester City returned to form in Week 30 with a 2-0 victory over Hull City. Despite a Vincent Kompany ejection in the 10', goals from David Silva and Edin Dzeko pushed the Citizens to 60 points.

Up next: A visit from Fulham on March 22

5. Tottenham: 53 points (16-9-5)

Tottenham failed to impress in their 1-0 loss to Arsenal on Sunday. Despite taking 17 attempts, only two managed to land on target for the club. Their quest for a UEFA Champions League berth is seemingly impossible with just eight matches remaining.

Up next: A visit from Southampton on March 23.

6. Everton: 51 points (14-5-9)

Everton moved up in the Premier League table in Week 30. A late winner from Seamus Coleman canceled out Cala's equalizer in the 68'. The Toffees are now just two points behind a UEFA Europa League berth.

Up next: A visit from Swansea City on March 22.

7. Manchester United: 48 points (14-9-6)

Even a 3-0 scoreline in defeat is flattering for Manchester United. The club put on a heartless 90-minute performance on Sunday, falling to Liverpool for the second time this season. Even worse, David Moyes' men only managed one shot on target in Week 30.

Up next: A trip to West Ham on March 22

8. Southampton: 45 points (12-9-9)

In a wildly entertaining affair, Southampton managed to capture a 4-2 victory over a visiting Norwich Side at St. Mary's stadium. A flurry of goals from Morgan Schneiderlin, Rickie Lambert and Jay Rodriguez put the match out of reach by the 72'.

Up next: A trip to Tottenham on March 23.

9. Newcastle: 43 points (13-12-4)

Newcastle United were unable to do away with Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday. The 1-0 loss pushed the club 10 points behind qualification for European football next season.

Up next: A visit from Crystal Palace on March 22.

10. Aston Villa: 34 points (9-13-7)

All it took was a Fabian Delph match-winner in the 82' to propel Aston Villa to a 1-0 victory over the league leaders, Chelsea. Two Chelsea players and manager Jose Mourinho being sent off didn't hurt matters, either.

Up next: A visit from Stoke City on March 23.

11. Stoke City: 34 points (8-12-10)

After falling behind early in the first half, Stoke City responded with goals from Peter Odemwingie and Marko Arnautovic. The club captured all three points en route to a 3-1 victory over West Ham United.

Up next: A trip to Aston Villa on March 23.

12. West Ham United: 31 points (8-14-7)

West Ham were unable to hold on to a 1-0 lead following Andy Carroll's goal in the fifth minute. A flurry of goals in the subsequent minutes buried the club 3-1 in their visit to the Britannia Stadium.

Up next: A visit from Manchester United on March 22.

13. Hull City: 30 points (8-15-6)

Hull City failed to take advantage of a Vincent Kompany ejection in Week 30. Even with a decent spell of possession (54 percent) and 15 attempts, the club was blanked 2-0 by Manchester City.

Up next: A visit from West Bromwich on March 22.

14. Swansea City: 29 points (7-14-8)

Swansea City failed to defend their turf in Week 30. A Roland Lamah opener in the second minute was nullified by West Bromwich's response in the second half. The Swans ultimately fell 2-1 to the visitors.

Up next: A trip to Everton on March 22.

15. Norwich City: 29 points (7-15-8)

Norwich City were unable to complete the comeback in Week 30. After falling behind 3-0, the club responded with goals from Johan Elmander and Robert Snodgrass, but ultimately fell 4-2.

Up next: A visit from Sunderland on March 22.

16. West Bromwich Albion: 28 points (5-11-13)

West Bromwich Albion took a collective sigh of relief following Youssuf Mulumbu's match-winner in the 85' on Saturday. The 2-1 victory over Swansea City kept the club out of the relegation zone.

Up next: A trip to Hull City on March 22.

17. Crystal Palace: 28 points (8-17-4)

Crystal Palace were outplayed before a home crowd in Week 29. The club only maintained 36 percent possession of the ball and could only muster one shot on target. As a result, the London-based club fell 1-0 to Southampton.

Up next: A trip to Newcastle United on March 22.

19. Sunderland: 25 points (6-14-7)

Sunderland did very little to escape the relegation zone in Week 30. A scoreless draw with the visitors, Crystal Palace, kept the club level on points and in the bottom three of the Premier League table.

Up next: A trip to Norwich City on March 22.

18. Cardiff City: 25 points (6-17-7)

It wasn't an ideal result for Cardiff City, but a scoreless draw with Sunderland in the Stadium of Light earned the club a much-needed point in the quest for survival.

Up next: A visit from Liverpool on March 22.

20. Fulham: 24 points (7-20-3)

Fulham bounced back in Week 30 thanks to a Ashkan Dejagah goal in the 68'. The 1-0 victory over Newcastle United didn't carry the club out of the cellar, but a four-point deficit is all that remains to stay above the relegation zone.

Up next: A trip to Manchester City on March 22.
