CM Punk hasn't been seen in the WWE since Jan. 26 at the Royal Rumble after storming out on the company prior to the Jan. 27 RAW due to frustration with misuse, however the "Best in the World" will be on AMC's Talking Dead tomorrow night at 10 p.m. ET following The Walking Dead zombie television drama.
CM Punk wrong to do Talking Dead while breaching his WWE contract?
Punk, appearing under his real name Phil Brooks, is slated to discuss what goes on in the night's Walking Dead episode, but it will be interesting to see if his future is addressed as he hasn't spoken publicly about leaving the WWE since walking out on the company in January.
There was growing concern within the WWE that Punk might say something about his departure. Wrestlingheadlines.com reported earlier this week that the WWE felt a little concerned about what --if anything -- Punk would say about leaving the WWE.

There have been rumors that Punk might join UFC, and Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that Dana White said he would be open to Punk coming over to his promotion. Punk has a mixed martial arts background.
White has said that he and Punk are friends but have never spoken about the possibility of Punk joining UFC before, but that he'd be open to it if Punk wanted to.

"Um. I mean, yeah. I guess if he wanted to fight, I'd talk to him about it," he told Chad Duke's wrestling network.
The growing hope within the WWE has always been that Punk would return before his contract expired in July, however with Punk skipping the Chicago RAW in his hometown on March 3, it's looking less likely that he'll be coming back. Punk was upset about the way he was used in the company and about losing out on the main event slot at WrestleMania XXX to Batista while he was rumored to face Triple H.
With his contract expiring in July, Punk chose to walk out, realizing his dream to main event WrestleMania wasn't coming to fruition. The WWE is reportedly angry that Punk is doing the Talking Dead show and wouldn't bother to come to the Chicago RAW.
It remains to be seen what Punk ultimately chooses to do, however it will be interesting to see what he says, if anything, about WWE and UFC on Talking Dead.
