Shohei Ohtani and Aaron Judge are two of the biggest names in MLB right now, and they had a face-off for three straight days since Tuesday, although the latter had to sit from the sideline.

Ohtani's Los Angeles Angels swept Judge's New York Yankees, but the injured outfielder remained in good spirits and even answered questions from the media, even about the Japanese sensation.

The two players play different positions, but Judge said there is still something that he would want to get from the Angels star.

"I like the way his lower half works," Judge told reporters.

"I tried a little toe tap like he does. I was actually talking with [Anthony] Volpe during the game the other day, and I was like, 'That's what I wanted my toe tap to look like, what he does.' I haven't mastered that yet. I've still got a couple of more years."

Judge comments on Ohtani possibly breaking his AL home run record

Ohtani is threatening to break Judge's American League home run record, and the latter got a front-row seat for that event.

The 28-year-old is on pace to break the 62-AL homer record set by Judge last year in September.

Ohtani could surpass his record before July ends, and Judge just said, "records are meant to be broken."

"It's incredible. It's fun to watch," Judge said. "I don't like watching it in person, when he's playing against us, doing what he's doing, but it's fun when you can turn on the TV and see that he's throwing eight innings, striking out 10 and hitting two homers in a game."
