AC Milan Transfer News: Zlatan Ibrahimovic Bid, Alessio Romagnoli Offered €25 Million and More

Andrea Bertolacci, Jose Mauri, Carlos Bacca and Luiz Adriano have all joined AC Milan in China for the International Champions Cup. The four signings, however, will not be the only ones to join the Rossoneri before the start of the Serie A campaign.

Below are all the latest transfer rumors surrounding AC Milan.

Alessio Romagnoli

With a plethora of talent infused into the attack, Milan turn to AS Roma in search of defense. According to ESPN FC, AC Milan have had several bids rejected by Roma for Alessio Romagnoli.

Per the report, Roma are looking for €30 million, while Milan defiantly remain at €25 million.

Romagnoli made 30 appearances for Sampdoria on loan last season. In them, the 20-year-old averaged 6.3 clearances and 2.1 interceptions.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Possibly joining Romagnoli at the San Siro is Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The 33-year-old has not ruled out a move from Paris Saint-Germain this summer, claiming his future is in the hands of his agent.

"Should I stay in Paris? My future is in the hands of Mino Raiola," he told Sky Italia (via Sky Sports).

According to Calciomercato, AC Milan are ready to make a decisive attempt to acquire their former striker.

Alex Witsel

The Alex Witsel transfer saga took a turn once Chelsea were rumored to be interested in the 26-year-old; however, club boss Jose Mourinho revealed no interest of any kind in the Belgium international.

"At this moment we have [Nemanja] Matic, Ramires, [Cesc] Fabregas, [John Obi] Mikel, [Ruben] Loftus-Cheek and Oscar," Mourinho said (via Express). "Six midfield players. I have no space for midfield players. No space."

"So if somebody talks about midfield players, it's not true."
