Denver Nuggets thrashed the Sacramento Kings in a lopsided game to register their seventh straight win against their opponents Sunday night.

For the Nuggets, Andre Igoudala put in an impressive game ending with 22 points, eight assists and eight rebounds against the Kings.

JaVale McGee finished with 19 points, five rebounds and shot seven of nine attempts from the floor, while Danilo Gallinari added 18 points.

"McGee and Andre have a great connection on getting lobs in the game and easy baskets," the Associated Press quoted Nuggets coach George Karl as saying. "He's (McGee) very active on the offensive glass and we got our favorite shot, which is the dunk and the layup. We also had a lot of easy baskets."

The Nuggets, who have played 18 of their total 25 games this season on the road, outscored the Kings in the first quarter 32-23.

"The game was decided very early in this basketball game," Kings coach Keith Smart said. "We knew this team would run and we had to play real solid and not turn the basketball over.

"But that happened a lot early and we allowed them to get out and run. This is a bad loss for us."

The Nuggets repeated their performance in the second quarter and took an 18-point lead into halftime.

In the third quarter, the Nuggets scored 33 points, whereas the Kings could add only 21 to trail by 30 points.

Denver shot very well from the floor, making 46 out of 85 from the field, while the Kings had 31 of 91. The Nuggets also shot eight 3-pointers, whereas the opponents had only six of 24 from the 3-point arc. Denver also out-rebounded Sacramento 52-42.

"I'm enjoying what we are going through," Andre Iguodala said. "We have a tough schedule and it's a chance for us to build something. We're trying to play at a high level and be mentally tough."

Karl added: "It's the worst stretch of travel I've been associated with. All we do is travel, play a game, and get in at three in the morning. Then we do it all over again."

For the Kings, reserve Isaiah Thomas scored 20 points, DeMarcus Cousins added 19 points and chipped in with 11 rebounds, Jordan Hamilton finished with a season-high 15 points and Kosta Koufos contributed with 12 points.

The Kings outscored the Nuggets 30-25 in the fourth quarter but still lost the game by 25 points.
