Gabrielle Union recently revealed on an episode of the Arsenio Hall Show that she plans to have soon-to-be NBA husband Dwyane Wade sign a prenup agreement prior to their nuptials later this year.

"The biggest difference between this marriage and the past will be a prenup," said Union. "At my insistence."

Whether the Hollywood star was joking or not is open to debate, but the fiery Union also told the host the three-time NBA champ and Miami Heat star doesn't call all the shots in their relationship.

The Being Mary Jane star told Hall the acting gigs she takes are her decisions and she, not Wade, has the final say. Wade and Union have been dating for several years now, but not always on the best of terms.

The once already divorced father of two young boys he has legal custody of recently confirmed he is also the father of an infant he had with a woman other than Union. The two explained they were on a "break" at the time the child was conceived and Wade, who reportedly has also legally adopted his young nephew, has vowed to be the same father to the child is he's widely saluted as being to other kids.

Wade and Union have hinted they plan to wed sometime this fall, but no official date has been publicly released.
