Rap star Rick Ross has purchased the 109-room Georgia mansion once owned by former heavyweight boxing champ Evander Holyfield.
According to SportsGrid.com, estimates are the hip-hop heavyweight paid in the neighborhood of $7 million for the 44,234-square-feet property, dubbed the biggest single family home in the state.
The website adds, the house, which went into foreclosure in 2008, also has 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, a tiered movie theater that seats up to 135 visitors and a dining room area that accommodates as many as 100 guests. The property also includes an in-house bowling alley, a 235-acre handball court, a softball field, tennis court, seven-stall barn and two full-size swimming pools.
Despite earning a small fortune over the course of his career, Holyfield has fallen on hard times in recent years. The man once revered as "The Real Deal," was an undisputed world champion in both the cruiserweight and heavyweight divisions.
Overall, he won 44 of 56 fights and is the only man in history to be a four-time heavyweight champ. Ring Magazine recently ranked him the No. 77 greatest punchers of all time and The Boxing Scene ranked him as the Greatest Cruiserweight of all time.
