Nate Robinson Out For Season, Andre Miller Still Not In Denver Nuggets Plans? [VIDEO]

Even with guard Nate Robinson lost for the season with a torn ACL, the Denver Nuggets insist they do not plan to reach out to veteran guard Andre Miller.

Miller remains on hiatus from the team after engaging in a recent on-the-court shouting match with rookie coach Brian Shaw over his dwindling playing time. After serving a short suspension, the team excused Miller from all team related activities.

ProBasketballTalk.com reports the team has been trying to deal Miller ever since and he hasn't played for the team since the night of the Dec. 30 incident.

Robinson went down with his knee injury last week and has since undergone season-ending surgery.

"There won't be any reaching out from our end," Shaw told ProBasketball when asked if the team now planned to turn to Miller. "I think we've operated and done everything that we're supposed to do. So, if there's any reaching out that needs to be done I think the reaching out has to come from him to us. But at this point we're still trying to evaluate the situation."

Now in the 14th NBA season, Miller has averaged 14 points and seven assists over his career.
