Detroit Lions star defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh appears headed for Roc Nation's growing stable of high-profile clients.
According to ProFootballTalk.com, the firm launched earlier this year by hip-hop icon Jay Z is now poised to add the volatile Suh to a rostrum that already includes Kevin Durant, Robinson cano, Geno Smith, Victor Cruz and the WNBA's Skylar Diggins.
ProFootball adds it's unclear whether Suh will hire Roc Nation for all purposes, or whether he will simply use the agency for marketing purposes. In recent weeks, Suh has been spotted at several of Jay Z's concerts and at a December outing the former Brooklyn Nets minority owner wore a black Nebraska jersey with Suh's No. 93 number and "S. Carter" on the back.
Jay Z also gave Suh a "shout out" from the stage in Detroit during a January 10 concert. The 27-year-old Suh recorded 49 tackles and 5.5 sacks last season. He was the second overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft by the Lions. Over his first four NFL seasons, Suh has averaged seven sacks a season.
