MAPLE LEAFS vs STARS Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Coverage from Dallas

Tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET, the Toronto Maple Leafs (27-20-5, 59 points) and Dallas Stars (22-20-8, 52 points) faceoff live from the American Airlines Center in Dallas for the second and final meeting between each other this season. Toronto enters play aiming to extend their winning streak to seven games while Dallas has dropped nine of their last 11 games. The first time these two teams met, the Maple Leafs defeated the Stars 3-2 in overtime in Toronto on Dec. 5.

The Maple Leafs are coming off of a 5-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche to extend their winning streak to six games.

"There's a lot more life in the room," defenseman Dion Phaneuf said after the win Tuesday, according to NHL.com. "We've got a confidence in our dressing room that we feel good about ourselves." 

The Stars haven't won a lot lately, but were happy to pick up a 4-0 victory over the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday.

"When you're losing, the dressing room's not great," defenseman Jordie Benn said after the game per NHL.com. "We came in [against Minnesota] and had good spirits, and we did pretty good." 

The Stars have been led by Tyler Seguin who has 45 points off of 21 goals and 24 assists while Jamie Benn has 17 tallies and 24 helpers for 41 points and Erik Cole has found the twine 14 times and added 10 assists for 24 points.

Phil Kessel has a seven-game point streak going and has six goals and eight assists over that span while he paces the Maple Leafs with 52 points while lighting the lamp 26 times and adding 26 assists for 52 points and James van Riemsdyk has 20 markers and 19 helpers for 39 points and Mason Raymond has found the back of the net 13 times and added 19 assists for 32 points.

In net, Toronto is likely to go with Jonathan Bernier, who is 17-14-4 with a 2.58 goals-against average and a .927 save percentage while Kari Lehtonen will likely suit up for Dallas and is 18-14-8 with a 2.62 GAA and a .915 save percentage.

The Maple Leafs look for their seventh straight win while the Stars look to win back-to-back games when the puck drops tonight at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.
