Keyshawn Johnson is relieved police have finally criminally charged Justin Bieber after months off claiming the star singer was terrorizing their gated-community Los Angeles neighborhood with his raunchy behavior.

"They finally caught him," the former NFL star tweeted Thursday. "Glad no one was hurt, no kids in the street. Everyone grows up at some point. Hopefully he learns from it."

The 19-year-old Bieber was arrested in Miami early Thursday morning on DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license charges after police allegedly spotted his Lamborghini racing down a local street and he subsequently failed a field sobriety test.

"What the f*** did I do? Why did you stop me?" CNN reported Bieber allegedly shouted at police. He was later booked by Miami Beach Police and is scheduled to appear before a judge on a bond hearing later Thursday afternoon.

Johnson and Bieber have previously quarreled in L.A. over what Johnson alleged was his reckless driving and speeding habits.

"All I want to do is protect my kids,"Johnson told reporters over the summer. "I got a one-year-old and three-year-old. He's speeding through a residential neighborhood. That's why all the neighbors is mad. ... You got a 19-year old kid feeling entitled; speeding up and down the highway."

During the Memorial Day weekend, Johnson accused Bieber of speeding past him in his Ferrari, and later drove over to his home to confront him.
