Gabrielle Union, the fiancee of Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade, appeared on the Conan O'Brien show Monday night, where she jokingly boasted of being able to out trash talk Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman.

"I make Richard Sherman seem like a zen Buddhist," Union told O'Brien, adding "Dwyane is not immune from my trash talk. I refer to him as '3,' he doesn't have a name."

The star of the BET hit drama Being Mary Jane later told the story of how she once threatened L.A. Clippers center DeAndre Jordan when his team was in town to face the Heat with the taunt "that's a terrible foul DeAndre. I will unfollow you."

Over the years, Union admitted she has been banned from courtside for arguing with referees and badgering opposing players.

Wade and Union recently announced their engagement and have reportedly set a wedding date for sometime in September. Meanwhile, Wade, LeBron James, Chris Bosh and all their Heat teammates are seeking to become just the third team over the last two decades to win a NBA three-peat.

Michael Jordan's Bulls (1996-98) and Kobe Bryant's Lakers (2000-02) are the last two teams.
