Today at 2:00 p.m. ET, the New York Rangers (25-21-3, 53 points) and Ottawa Senators (21-18-9, 51 points) faceoff for the first of three meetings this season live from the Canadian Tire Center in Ottawa. The game can be live streamed here. New York fans can hear all of the action on 98.7 ESPN New York while Ottawa fans can do the same on TSN 1200.

New York has won seven of its last 10 games and is looking to notch its fifth road win in its last six while Ottawa has also won seven out of its last 10 and has gotten at least one point in its last eight games.

Henrik Lundqvist came up big in the Rangers' last victory over the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday, but this afternoon the Rangers turn to backup Cam Talbot for the first game of a back-to-back.

"We've come to expect that from Hanky. It seems like he's doing that every night for us, and again tonight you had two good goalies going at it and it looked like whoever scored first was going to get the win and it happened to be us," Ryan Callahan said after the win, according to NHL.com.

Talbot is 9-3-0 this season with a 1.66 goals-against average and a .938 save percentage. He'll likely be opposed by Ottawa's Crag Anderson, who is 15-9-6 with a 3.16 GAA and a .903 save percentage.

The Senators are coming off of a 5-4 loss to the Montreal Canadiens and know that every game heading into the Olympic break is important.

"All the games we play right now seem to be against all the teams we're lumped in there with," coach Paul MacLean told NHL.com. "Every game that's played heading into the Olympic break, everybody has a real focus on this stretch of games of getting yourself in a position so after the Olympic break you either have something to play for or you don't have something to play for."

Ottawa has been led by Erik Karlsson (11-35-46), Bobby Ryan (19-19-38) and Kyle Turris (14-23-37). Karlsson has five points in his last two games while Turris has lit the lamp in four straight games.

New York has been paced by Brad Richards (12-23-35), Mats Zuccarello (12-22-34) and Chris Kreider (12-15-27). Zuccarello has points in four of his last five games.

The Rangers and Senators take the ice at Canadian Tire Center against each other this afternoon in search of two big points.
