Arian Foster fears the woman reported to be carrying his child is planning to use the offspring as a means of launching a reality TV show career.
According to TMZ, the woman, thus far only identified as "Brittany," has referred to herself as a "blondashian," a twisted reference to the reality TV empire built by the clan of Kardashian family members.
TMZ has previously reported the woman is suing the Houston Texans star for child support and claims that he has been pressuring her to have an abortion despite the fact that she is already in her 17th week of pregnancy.
In response to the woman's claims, TMZ adds Foster has now filed a response where he blasts her as a "shameless, fame whore" and begs the judge overseeing the case to issue a gag order preventing her from turning proceedings into a media "carnival."
In his legal docs already filed by his attorneys, Foster further claims "Brittany" has "already indicated in social media postings that she will be participating in a reality show revolving around her pregnancy."
As part of his evidence, TMZ reports Foster included a recent screen grab from what he believes to be Brittany's Twitter page in which she wrote, "Shooting interviews for the last casting reel for my family's reality show #blondashians.
In addition to child support, TMZ reports the woman is also seeking a restraining order against the veteran running back aimed at preventing him and other family members from continuing to attempt to talk her out of giving birth to the child. She also wants damages for emotional distress.
