Tonight at 10:30 p.m. ET, the Vancouver Canucks (24-13-9, 57 points) and Los Angeles Kings (27-14-5, 59 points) battle for the fourth of five games against each other this season live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The game can be live streamed here. Vancouver fans can hear all of the hard-hitting action on TEAM 1040 while Los Angeles fans can do the same on KTLK 1150.

Vancouver has lost five of their last six games entering tonight while Los Angeles has lost seven of its last 10 games. The Kings have beaten the Canucks in all three other meetings, notching a 5-1 win in Los Angeles on Nov. 9, a 3-2 overtime triumph in Vancouver on Nov. 25 and a 3-1 win in Los Angeles on Jan. 4.

The Kings are coming off of a 3-1 loss to the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday at the Staples Center and will look to bounce back.

"We tighten it up when we're at home," coach Darryl Sutter told LA Kings Insider. "Five-game homestand, we win [Monday], that'd be a [good] homestand. That's how we try and approach those things. Just trying to review some stats with guys today and get some banged-up guys ready for [Monday]. Get some of the energy back."

The Canucks snapped a five-game losing streak with a 2-1 win over the St. Louis Blues on Friday and may get Roberto Luongo back from injury. Luongo has been injured twice this season but said the two ailments weren't related.

"One has nothing to do with the other," Luongo said via NHL.com. "Totally different injury on a different type of play. There's nothing in common with either injury."

Luongo is 16-10-6 this season with a 2.23 goals-against average and a .922 save percentage. Jonathan Quick is likely to start for Los Angeles and is 12-6-1 with a 2.22 GAA and a .909 save percentage.

The Kings have been led by Anze Kopitar, who has 37 points off of 13 goals and 24 assists while Mike Richards has six tallies and 24 helpers for 30 points and Jeff Carter has found the twine 16 times and added 12 assists for 28 points. Justin Williams has also has 28 points while notching 14 goals and 14 assists.

Henrik Sedin has paced the Canucks with 40 points off of nine markers and 31 assists while Daniel Sedin has lit the lamp 13 times and added 26 helpers for 39 points and Ryan Kesler has found the back of the net 17 times and added 12 assists for 29 points.

Two teams with recent struggles go head-to-head when the puck drops on the Canucks and the Kings at the Staples Center tonight in Los Angeles.
