Tonight at 7:00 p.m. ET, the New York Islanders (12-21-7, 31 points) and Boston Bruins (26-11-2, 54 points) faceoff live from the TD Garden in Boston for the second of three meetings against each other this season. The game can be live streamed here. New York fans can hear all of the action on WRHU 88.7 while Boston fans can do the same on WBZ 1030.

New York enters play having not strung together consecutive wins since defeating Boston in early November while Boston currently sits at second in the Eastern Conference standings. The first time these teams met, the Islanders notched a 3-1 victory on Long Island on Nov. 2.

The injury-riddled Bruins had two days off after a 4-3 loss to the Ottawa Senators on Saturday, and they found out over the weekend they lost defensemen Dennis Seidenberg (knee) for the season.

"We're certainly going to miss [Seidenberg], but there's nobody discouraged in that room," coach Claude Julien told the team's website.

The Islanders came from behind to defeat the Minnesota Wild Sunday after trailing 3-0 but coming back to win 5-4.

"We didn't lose our mindset [against the Wild]," Islanders defenseman Andrew MacDonald told Newsday after the game. "We felt like we could come back if we started moving our feet and playing smart. We did that."

The Islanders have been paced by captain John Tavares (14-26-40), Kyle Okposo (14-23-37) and Frans Nielsen (13-17-30). Okposo is on a six-game point streak and has at least a point in eight of his last nine games.

The Bruins have been led by David Krejci (8-26-34), Reilly Smith (14-16-30) and Milan Lucic (12-16-28). Krejci, Lucic and Jarome Iginla each have four-game point streaks heading into the contest.

Tuukka Rask is likely to start for Boston and is 20-8-2 with a 1.89 goals-against average and a .936 save percentage while Evgeni Nabokov will likely start for New York and is 7-7-5 with a 2.88 GAA and a .902 save percentage.

The Islanders will look to win back-to-back games for the first time since early November while the Bruins look to keep pace atop the Eastern Conference when the puck drops tonight at the TD Garden in Boston.
