Jadeveon Clowney Ticketed For Speeding Second Time In Less Than A Month, Facing License Revocation? [VIDEO]

For second time in less than a month, South Carolina star defensive linemen Jadeveon Clowney has been ticketed for speeding., according to State.com.

Clowney, who is widely considered to be the expected top pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, was ticketed early Thursday morning after a Columbia police department officer allegedly observed him traveling 84 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone along Interstate 26.

Earlier this month, a S.C. Highway Patrol trooper ticketed him for going 110 mph in a 70-mph zone on I-77 in Fairfield County north of Columbia. In that instance, Clowney was ultimately given a $355 ticket for that offense and still faces being hit with an an infraction that could result in a maximum of six points against his license because he was traveling 25 or more miles per hour more than the posted limit.

The state notes Clowney was also going 25 mph more than the posted limit when he was stopped on Thursday and once South Carolina drivers amass more than 12 penalty points their licenses are subject to being suspended for up to a year.

Despite what many consider to be a subpar junior season, the 6-6, 275 pound lineman is still hugely be considered to be a can't miss pro prospect who has garnered the interest of several of the game's biggest agents, including Jay Z and his Roc Nation agency.
