Today at 1:00 p.m. ET the Miami Dolphins (8-6), fighting to reach the postseason will face a dangerous divisional opponent in the Buffalo Bills (5-9) who are notably better at home in their history. The Dolphins have weathered the Jonathan Martin-Richie Incognito bullying storm and are a win, a Ravens loss, and Bengals loss away from clinching a playoff berth. "We are fighters," quarterback Ryan Tannehill said. "We've been through a lot. Guys are tough and are able to handle anything that happens on the field."

The Dolphins are shooting for their fourth straight win, and head coach Joe Philbin is trying to stress that this week is no different than any other, to avoid his players coming out tight.

"Every game is important, and certainly this one coming up against the Buffalo Bills is very important," coach Joe Philbin told the Dolphins' official website. "We've attempted to approach each and every game the same way. We're going to take a look at obviously what (Buffalo did) the first time." Buffalo topped Miami 23-21 in the first meeting between these teams in October.

The Bills come into this game without some key pieces. Rookie quarterback E.J. Manuel is out once again with knee troubles, and he'll be replaced by Thad Lewis, who was 1-2 in three starts earlier this year. He passed for 652 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in his brief stint as starter.

The Bills will also be missing No. 1 receiver Steve Johnson, who will be with his family after the passing of his mother.
