
The Golden State Warriors' Jimmy Butter has been sued over $260,000 in alleged unpaid rent, as well as more than $127,000 in damages he left to a luxury home he rented in Miami, Florida.
The suit was filed by Five Star Marketing and Promotions, Inc., in the 11th Circuit Court in Florida last week.

Butler is likewise being accused of failing to maintain both the swimming pool and air conditioning, per a report by CBS Sports.
Five Star Marketing and Promotions, Inc. is seeking a payment of $257,282 from Butler. The company likewise wants the right to keep Butler's security deposit, which amounts to $130,000.
Butler, who was traded from Miami Heat to the Golden State Warriors, missed his team's game on Saturday against Philadelphia 76ers due to back spasms.
The Warriors lost the game 126-119.
