With the Christmas holiday season right around the corner, it's only fitting to look back at some of the most memorable holiday moments in WWE history over the course of time. The WWE is a highly competitive atmosphere and while Christmas is usually a season for gift giving and warm feelings, sometimes things get out of hand in the squared circle. Here are five of the most memorable holiday moments to take place in the WWE ring.

5) Xanta Claus Is Coming To Town:
As the WWE presented its In Your House pay-per-view just eight days before Christmas in 1995, classic villain "The Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase introduced the world to the evil version of Santa Claus known as "Xanta Claus." With an unsuspecting Savio Vega turning his back to what he perceived to be Santa Claus, Xanta Claus attacked him with the bag of presents laying out Vega and continuously beating him down as Ted Dibiase joined in. Ted Dibiase Jr., son of Ted Dibiase may have been watching as he used Santa Claus trickery on Jinder Mahal years later.

4) Michael Cole The Red Nosed Reindeer:
With Mick Foley dressed up as "Foley Claus" on a holiday edition of WWE SmackDown, good 'ol St. Mick had a surprise in store for the WWE Universe as he called out much maligned announcer Michael Cole and introduced him in a Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer costume much to the delight of the crowd and the humiliation of Cole.

3) ROCKing Around The Christmas Tree:
While holiday warmth was very much in the air, there was no warm feelings between feuding wrestlers The Rock and The Undertaker, as was evidenced by The Rock's yuletide promo directed towards The Undertaker in which "The People's Champion" took some jabs at the man from the dark side. The Rock went on to tell a story about "Rocky the People's Reindeer" in a memorable holiday WWE moment, finishing it off with, "Brahma bull is coming to town."

2) DX-Rated Christmas:
In December of 1997, Shawn Michaels, Triple H and Chyna, known collectively as D-Generation X, were firing on all cylinders and defying authority weekly on Monday Night RAW. When a special Christmas episode came around, the gang had quite the holiday surprise in store for the live audience, coming out adorned in Christmas underwear, Triple H and Michaels proceeded to moon the crowd.

1) "Stone Cold" Blue Christmas:
When a Santa Claus imposter appeared on a Christmas episode of Monday Night RAW, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin proved that he belonged on the naughty list as he came out and berated the big man tor kicking a little kid out of the ring. Austin called Santa a "fat piece of trash" and finished him off with a "Stone Cold" Stunner that sent him back to the North Pole battered up as Austin celebrated in the ring.
