Ryan Garcia has been in a freefall since the biggest win of his career over Devin Haney was overturned to a no-contest.

The 25-year-old found himself at the center of another controversy after making explicit remarks against African American people, including George Floyd, and demeaning statements towards Muslim people.

This led Mauricio Sulaiman, President of the World Boxing Council (WBC), to ban Garcia from one of the major boxing organizations.

"Exercising my authority as president of the WBC, I am hereby expelling Ryan Garcia from any activity with our organization. We reject any form of discrimination. I fear for Ryan well being as he has declined multiple attempts for our help with mental health and substance abuse," the 54-year-old Mexican executive said.

Ryan Garcia's rants against Black people and Muslims

Garcia was speaking to internet personality Sneako, who converted to Islam, during a live audio stream on X Spaces when he launched into a tirade against Muslims.

"F**k you, and f**k Muslims that f**king r**e little kids... F**k all you motherf**kers, bro. You guys are weird as f**k," the former WBC interim Lightweight champion said.

During a different stream on the same platform, Garcia also made racist remarks towards African Americans, including an insult directed at George Floyd.

"I hate n**gers, I'm anti-black, I'm the KKK. Hey, let's go bring George Floyd back to life and go kill that n**ger again," he stated.
