Chicago Sky rookie forward Angel Reese had an unforgettable interaction with a young fan ahead of their road game against the Atlanta Dream on Tuesday, June 2, at The Gateway Center Arena @ College Park.

A young girl approached the 6-foot-3 player during her pregame media availability and asked her, "What motivates you?"

Reese made sure to give an enthusiastic and detailed answer to the kid, who was all smiles.

"Girls like you. Little girls that look up to me. Being able to wake up every day and know that little eyes are watching me. I hope one day that you can do what I'm doing," the 22-year-old said.

The Sky won the game against the Dream, 85-77, with Reese contributing 12 points on 5-of-12 shooting. She grabbed an impressive 19 rebounds, dished out three assists, and recorded two blocks.

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark previously won the WNBA Rookie of the Month award during the campaign's first month in May.
