Philadelphia Eagles legend Jason Kelce has undergone a significant change in his body since ending his 13-year NFL career.

The 36-year-old shared that he used to weigh 295 pounds during his NFL career and is now looking forward to shedding some of that body mass.

Kelce now weighs 277 pounds but mentioned that he does not want to lose too much weight.

"I don't want to get too small. I think a lot of guys, especially offensive linemen, they lose too much weight, and then they look like bobbleheads because their neck gets so small, but their head stays the same size," the Super Bowl LII champion stated.

The seven-time Pro Bowl selection mentioned that 250 to 260 pounds is ideal for him, as he wants to remain large while maintaining some of his stature.

Jason Kelce now feels better about his body

Despite his weight goal being 20 pounds away, the six-time First-Team All-Pro selection has admitted that he feels better now.

"It's hard to imagine another nearly 20 pounds coming off, being honest with you. But my back already feels better. My knees already feel better. So another 20 pounds hopefully will make that much more adept at playing with my children," the center added.

Kelce also shared the brutal wear and tear that his NFL career caused on his body, which included a twice-reconstructed right knee, surgeries on his hand and groin, and broken toes.
