No NBA team has ever returned from 0-3 down in a series.

Can the Dallas Mavericks do it? For Luka Doncic, all they need to do is to believe.

The Mavs survived another day after routing the Boston Celtics in Game 4 at home.

Doncic is dismissing history and starting with the belief that they can pull off such an improbable task.

"I think the most important thing is to show that we believe," he said.

"I think we showed in Game 4. If not, if we wouldn't believe, we probably wouldn't have won that game. So I think obviously the talk is easy to talk about it, but then showing it is another thing. I think we showed it."

The Mavs will take this one game at a time.

As for the Celtics, they find themselves in a similar situation, although on a different end.

The Celts were once down 0-3 last year in the Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat. They managed to win three straight but succumbed to a Game 7 home loss.

Celtics do not feel any pressure

Charles Barkley criticized the Celtics for being complacent in the Game 4 blowout.

Do the Celtics feel any urgency to wrap things up at home? Sam Hauser does not think they are pressured to finish things right away.

"It would be awesome to get it done, it would be great. If we do lose, it's not like it's the end of the world - we'd still be up 3-2," he told reporters during team practice on Sunday.

"But obviously doing it at home would be pretty special."
