NFL legend Tom Brady's comedy roast special, titled "GROAT: The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady," has garnered much attention due to the high-profile nature of the subject and some of its witty jokes.

One veteran comedian has shared his thoughts about the Netflix special.

Jay Leno, who hosted The Tonight Show in two tenures from 1992 to 2014, praised Brady for being a great sport amidst the jokes directed at him.

"I thought Tom Brady was a good sport, considering how people just roasted him. He's not a comic. Look, it's a jock event. It's all jocks. I mean, usually that's done in the back room of a big restaurant, and it gets really bawdy, and the fact that it's on TV, it's probably not to everybody's taste, but you're going to their space. They're not coming into ours. But I thought it was fun," the longtime television host told Fox News.

Despite the laughs, Brady expressed regret over some of the jokes that affected his children.

Leno also offered his praise for one comedian who stood out to him.

Nikki Glaser, who joked about Brady's $30 million loss in crypto, among many other topics, was acclaimed by the Television Academy Hall of Famer.

"Nikki Glaser killed me. She was really funny. A lot of people might say it's inappropriate, but if it's really funny, it makes it OK," the 74-year-old said.
