The Indiana Pacers got the last laugh against the Milwaukee Bucks by taking care of business at home against the Milwaukee Bucks to wrap up their series, 4-2.

They are through to the second round of the NBA Playoffs for the first time after ten years.

The battle extended to social media, though, at least for Tyrese Haliburton.

The Pacers point guard took to X shortly after the victory to reply to a video of Patrick Beverley commenting about his defense on Haliburton after the Bucks' Game 5 win.

Haliburton hit two birds with one stone, as his reply is a callback to PatBev and Damian Lillard's beefing.

"Con man. Flip from above the rim."

These were the same words Lillard used while he was still with the Portland Trail Blazers, and they had a verbal exchange when PatBev was still part of the Los Angeles Clippers.

It can be remembered that Haliburton had a beef with Lillard during the NBA In-season tournament when he stole Lillard's Dame Time celebration after eliminating them.

Fans think Haliburton underperformed in series

NBA social media naturally butt in on Haliburton's comment, pointing out how he underperformed in the first round against a team who played their G-League affiliate.

The team did not have Giannis Antetokounmpo, who averaged 42.2 ppg against the Pacers.

Fans said Hali appeared hesitant with his shots in the entire series, reaching the 20-point mark just once in six games.

Meanwhile, PatBev reacted differently to the loss and seemed to have veered away from their on-court beef.

The veteran point guard took to social media to congratulate the Indiana Pacers.

Next up for the Pacers is the New York Knicks, who just defeated the Philadelphia Sixers.

Haliburton will have his hands full against the Knicks' slew of tough guards.
