Thursday presents another full slate of Major League Baseball action, and with it another set of player prop bet lines to attack.
Thursday is a getaway day for many teams, so we might see some less-than-full-power lineups sent out, and a bunch of early starts could create favorable conditions for pitchers.
Today's games feature a lot of quality starting pitchers, which is exactly where we will look to butter our bread.

MLB Player Prop Bets: Zack Wheeler (PHI) Over 7.5 Strikeouts -136
The veteran righty from Georgia looks lined up for a solid outing on Thursday in a getaway day game in Cincinnati.
Having established himself as one of the most elite pitchers in all of baseball, Wheeler is cruising this season with a 2.30 ERA and 38 strikeouts in five outings so far.
The Reds are top 10 in team strikeouts as a hitting club this year, so the combination of shadows and a friendly matchup should help Wheeler hit this number.
He's had two 10-strikeout games this season, and those came against these very same Reds and the Pirates.

MLB Player Prop Bets: Freddy Peralta (MIL) Over 7.5 Strikeouts +115
With the trade of Corbin Burnes and Brandon Woodruff's injury, the Brewers were leaning heavily on Peralta as their new ace this season.
He has delivered and more, building on the promising start to his young career and starting to look like a true frontline starter in this league with a 1.90 ERA across his first four starts.
Peralta gets a tasty matchup on Thursday when he'll take the mound in the Steel City against the slumping Pirates, who rank within the top 10 in strikeouts and have struggled to hit much of anything lately.
In his four starts this season, Peralta hasn't posted fewer than 7 strikeouts, and he's sprinkled an 11 and an 8 in there against lineups that are all better than Pittsburgh's.

MLB Player Prop Bets: Luis Castillo (SEA) Under 5.5 Strikeouts -125
From two positives to a negative, we're going to side against Seattle Mariner starter Luis Castillo against the Texas Rangers today.
Castillo has gotten off to a substandard start to his season, but he did turn in a dominant effort in his last outing against the lowly Colorado Rockies. Unfortunately for Castillo, the Rangers are not the Rockies.
The righty's usual penchant for striking hitters out has been there this year, but his lowest totals on the year of 6 and 5 came against Boston and Toronto, two lineups closer to Texas' level than his other opponents.
The Rangers are one of the most strikeout-averse teams in the league at the plate, ranking 24th so far this year in that regard.
