Creighton guard Trey Alexander has continued to be a difference maker for the Bluejays throughout the NCAA Tournament.
The junior is building on a strong season, one that saw him rise to the top of the Big East scoring charts.

Last season, some of Trey Alexander's best games came at the expense of conference foes in St. John's and Xavier, where he had some of his best scoring performances during the regular season.
Alexander's shot selection and elite scoring prowess make the junior such a dynamic player to watch, and in return he has made the Creighton Bluejays a team to fear in the NCAA Tournament.
The Creighton guard has proven the ability to knock down a shot from anywhere on the court and turn it up in the clutch with several buzzer-beaters. This includes his last-second shot over Villanova from earlier in the year.
Along with his scoring, Alexander has developed as a passer and defender, improving in both areas under head coach Greg McDermott.
Trey Alexander's extraordinary play has carried over into the NCAA Tournament, as he has performed well under the bright lights. His most significant improvements have been demonstrated throughout the NCAA tournament, as Alexander has become a well-rounded player and a threat as a go-to scorer.
His second round performance in double overtime against Oregon saw him score 20 points, seven rebounds, and five assists; and is a perfect example of what kind of player Trey Alexander can be.
