Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid openly discussed the impact of Taylor Swift's relationship with tight end Travis Kelce on the team during the previous season.

While the couple didn't make a public announcement about their relationship, the headliner of the "Eras Tour" was seen attending numerous Chiefs games, and their affection was evident on several occasions.

"The Taylor Swift thing was all positive. There was nothing negative about that at all... She's great, Travis is great. I'm happy that they're happy," the three-time Super Bowl champion tactician said on the Speak on Fox Sports 1 show.

Reid also emphasized that the pop star might have appreciated the opportunity to be a fan at Chiefs games without being the center of attention.

Swift had a massive impact on the NFL's viewership numbers and Kelce's jersey sales.

During the same interview, Reid also remembered mentioning that Swift had gifted the team homemade Pop-Tarts, a gesture aimed at fitting in with Kelce's circle of friends within the team.

Reid first shared the heartwarming story during an appearance on PFT Live at the end of February.

"[Swift] likes to cook, so she made the offensive linemen these homemade Pop-Tarts. She didn't give me one, and the offensive linemen definitely didn't give me one," Reid said last month.
