Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr has defended and stood up for Draymond Green in his past antics. But after his latest act, it appears the four-time NBA coach has had enough of Green’s shenanigans.

"The one who choked Rudy [Gobert], the one who took a wild flail, the one who punched Jordan [Poole] last year, that's the guy who needs to change," Kerr said to reporters on Thursday, December 15 via ESPN’s Kendra Andrews.

Tough love with a strong message

Although those comments may be viewed as hard, they are necessary. Green’s antics leading to ejections and suspensions have not helped the Dubs’ campaign this season.

But through it all, the 58-year-old coach stressed that Green needs help. The only way to address that is if he gets counseling.

"It's about helping Draymond. It's an opportunity for Draymond to step away and make a change," Kerr added. "The answer is not to pick a number (of games). The answer is to help Draymond."

Green is aware but is he taking it by heart?

According to Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr., Green allegedly agrees with the punishment that was done to help him wise up per SI.com.

It was added that Green will be around the team as he serves his sanction. There is no telling how long he will be out, something that will likely be set by the league.

The four-time NBA champion forward is unlikely to return for the Warriors any time soon. It is the least of Green’s worries and the 33-year-old should use the time to figure out why he was ejected three times this season and how he can avoid them once he does return.
