The Golden State Warriors host the Los Angeles Clippers in a meeting of two Western Conference teams coming off disappointing losses. The Warriors vs. Clippers matchup happens at the Chase Center on Thursday, November 30, with tip-off set for 10:00 p.m. E.T.

The Warriors are still smarting from a 124-123 loss to the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday, November 28, while the Clippers are hoping to rebound after dropping a 113-104 loss to the Denver Nuggets, who were with their top stars.

It will be the first meeting between the Warriors and the Clippers. During the 2022-23 season, both teams split their series matchup.

Los Angeles will try to get back on track as their chemistry with James Harden continues to be a work in progress. On the part of the Warriors, their struggles continue even with the return of Draymond Green to the lineup against the Kings.

Warriors vs. Clippers Odds

The Warriors are 4.5-point spread favorites to prevail over the Clippers in the first meeting of these two teams this season. The Moneyline set for this Pacific Division battle is -109 for both Golden State and Los Angeles, per OddsSharks.com.

Given their firepower, the Clippers should have no problem covering the spread. However, this still depends on whether coach Tyronn Lue can address their miscues against the Nuggets, which he said he was accountable for via Bleacher Report.

Warriors vs. Clippers Preview

Although the Warriors hold home-court advantage, there is no denying that the Clippers can easily overturn that. With four legitimate stars in Harden, Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Russell Westbrook, coach Lue only has to find the right mix to pull off a win.

The same holds for Warriors coach Steve Kerr. One problem they have to address is their turnover. They committed 20 turnovers against the Kings and paid dearly for it.

This won't come easy for the Dubs, especially with Chris Paul listed out against the Clippers. The veteran guard suffered a leg injury against the Kings, seeing action only for five minutes.

The defense will be key in this game, considering both teams have potent scorers. The Clippers defense will be put to the test against the Warriors. They are fifth in the league in defensive rating, limiting opponents to 109.1 points per possession, according to NBA.com.

For the Warriors, getting their offensive game going is vital. Stephen Curry, Andrew Wiggins, and Klay Thompson had good scoring outputs against the Kings, but this went for naught with the one-point loss to Sacramento.

Regardless, they need to sustain that, although the Clippers' defense will make it harder to achieve. Although they do not rank well, the Dubs also need to raise their defensive effort against the Clips, something that Green is expected to spearhead.

Warriors vs. Kings Pick

Although oddsmakers are siding with the Warriors, the Clippers can easily overturn that. They have the talent to do so.

Once they figure out how to utilize Harden better, Los Angeles will be a tough team to beat. Will this happen against the Warriors?
