Tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET, the Philadelphia Flyers (13-14-3, 29 points) and Chicago Blackhawks (22-6-5, 49 points) go head-to-head live from the United Center in Chicago in the first of two meetings between these teams this season. The game can be live streamed here. Philadelphia fans can hear all of the bone-crunching action by adjusting their radios to 97.5 The Fanatic while Chicago fans can do the same on 720 WGN Radio.

Philadelphia enters play trying to avoid a three-game skid while Chicago is feeling good coming off of a dominating win.

Flyers' goaltender Ray Emery, who won the Stanley Cup with the Blackhawks last season, makes his first trip to Chicago since winning it all last June.

"Yeah, I was definitely fortunate to get there," Emery told CSNPhilly.com on Tuesday. "What the role or what team you are with, to make the Stanley Cup Final, it's a pretty exciting year. So when we made it in Chicago, I was definitely excited. I was happy, fortunate or whatever you want to call it, that we finally got it. It was the third time around."

Emery is 3-5-0 with a 2.40 goals-against average and a .908 save percentage playing behind Steve Mason, who is 10-9-3 with a 2.33 GAA and a .927 save percentage thus far this season.

The Blackhawks are without goalie Corey Crawford due to a lower-body injury, so Antti Raanta is the probable goalie tonight. Raanta is 4-0-1 with a 2.14 GAA and a .924 save percentage. Chicago is coming off of a 6-2 win over the Stars Tuesday night in Dallas.

"Great start, across-the-board contributions, so it was a very good night," coach Joel Quenneville said via NHL.com after the victory.

Patrick Kane is second in the league in points (40) and is tied for fourth in the NHL in goals (17) while adding 23 assists, and Patrick Sharp has 14 goals and 15 assists for 29 points and captain Jonathan Toews has lit the lamp 12 times and added 16 helpers for 28 points.

Captain Claude Giroux has paced the Flyers with 20 points off of five goals and 15 assists while Brayden Schenn (seven goals, nine assists) and Steve Downie (two goals, 14 assists) each have 16 points.

The Flyers hope to avoid a three-game slide while Chicago looks to keep stacking the points when they hit the ice at the United Center in Chicago tonight.
