Taylor Hall of the Chicago Blackhawks has been playing in the NHL since 2010 and is aware that playing hockey will not be forever. He has been through five different teams already, but it appears he is at peace with his current one.
"I think I'm just older and I think I realize ... ," the 31-year-old said via the Daily Faceoff. "Coming to the rink now is different. I'm definitely more grateful. I see the bigger picture a lot more."

Having played five seasons already, Hall has had his share of bumps along the way. He has experienced being traded from one NHL team to another. The most recent one is the NHL trade between the Blackhawks and the Boston Bruins, a team he admits he would have loved to stay with, NHL.com reported.
"I would have loved to have stayed in Boston. I had a lot of time to digest this trade. I wanted a bigger role than I had last year in Boston and I wasn't going to get that. It took me a couple days after the trade to see that. It's not all negative, so I tried to look at that and dig into that," the top pick of the 2010 NHL Draft said.
Hall will be in an interesting situation with the Blackhawks with all that past him. Aside from being Connor Beddard's linemate, the Canadian left winger is also expected to mentor the 18-year-old sensation, who has shown huge promise.
