The Los Angeles Clippers are still finding ways to make a James Harden trade happen with the Philadelphia 76ers. However, the problem is that their current offer for the 2018 NBA MVP is unacceptable to Philly.
The Clippers have offered the best package they could assemble, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN on a recent episode of "NBA Countdown."

The offer includes a first-round pick, a pick swap, and some expiring contracts. However, that has failed to cut it, with the Sixers hardly giving it much attention and preferring one player to be included in any trade pitch - Terance Mann.
Philly reportedly values any deal involving the 26-year-old swingman, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic. He mentioned on Bally Sports "The Rally" that Mann is the critical trade chip that could consummate a James Harden trade between the Clippers and the Sixers.
Will the Clippers give up Mann?
The Clippers have been apprehensive as far as including Terance Mann in any deal. One example was the trade chatter linking the former Florida State Seminole to a potential Fred VanVleet deal in February, Bleacher Report reported.
The Clippers didn't budge on that one. However, the case of James Harden is entirely different. He is a former MVP and veteran player who can easily score and create plays on the basketball court.
Hence, it will be interesting if the Clippers will budge. Sixers top brass Daryl Morey has made it clear that they are only interested in a good player or someone that can turn into one to make the Harden trade happen, CBS Sports reported.
