The Pittsburgh Steelers lost badly to the Houston Texans on Sunday, October 1, and coach Mike Tomlin is very unhappy. He did not hold back at the post-game conference and vowed that changes would come.

"Hell yeah, there's going to be changes," he told reporters. "That was an ugly product we put out there today, and so we're not going to do the same things and hope for a different outcome. What those changes are, we'll put together a plan in preparation this week."

The Steelers are 2-2 after Week 4. While that record may seem acceptable, it was the manner of losing to the Texans that irked the 51-year-old coach.

While it remains to be seen if Tomlin will hold to his word, it remains to be seen what kind of changes the Pittsburgh Steelers will make.

However, Bleacher Report suggested that one position that could be in for a changeup is the quarterback position. Kenny Pickett was forced out of the field against the Texans, and Tomlin turned to Mitch Trubisky for play-calling duties. Unfortunately, that move hardly proved effective.

Offensive coordinator under fire

Overall, the offense of the Steelers is the area that needs work. Steelers offensive coordinator Matt Canada has been under fire in recent weeks with the team's offense hardly rolling, Fox News reported.

Tomlin did not stress when these changes would be made. Pittsburgh is scheduled to host the Baltimore Ravens in their next assignment. Another loss by the Steelers could have dire consequences if changes are not made before that game.
