Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry will enter his 15th campaign in the league for the 2023-24 NBA season, and it looks like he has no plans of stopping soon.
The four-time NBA champion spoke on Gilbert Arenas' The Gil's Arena Show to share his future career plans and named on-court rival and the league's all-time leading scorer LeBron James as a basis.
Curry said that he aims to extend his career as long as the Lakers star, who at age 38 is about to enter his 21st season in the league while remaining one of the association's top players.
"Who knows what my body will look like or feel like at that point? I got three years left on my deal, including at least that, and then kind of figure it out from there," the two-time MVP said.
Curry's current contract with Golden State ends after the 2025-26 season, where he will be 38 years old.
If his health and body hold, he can potentially sign a final long-term deal with the Warriors to end his career if they continue to have a good relationship.

The 2022 NBA Finals MVP got honest with one of the flaws in his game that has been pointed out for years.
Curry said that he is embracing the challenge of trying to stop opponents from scoring on the defensive side of the ball, especially in pick-and-roll situations where other teams are trying to exploit him.
