The execution of the deal is now up to the 30-year-old if he wants to move away from the club he has known for most of his life. Kane has one year remaining on his Spurs contract, and there's been no progress on an extension, leading the club to sell him this summer than lose him for free next year.
The striker has been with Tottenham since 2004, joining the club's academy as an 11-year-old. He was given his first professional contract in 2010.
The move to Munich will give Kane a chance to claim collective success, who is both the all-time topscorer of the London-based club and his country.
Despite being hailed as one of the best players in the world for years, Kane has failed to win any trophy for both club and country in his professional career. However, the chance at winning comes at a price.

Kane will miss out on a historical feat
Kane will miss out on the chance to become the Premier League's all-time top scorer if the move takes place. He currently sits second with 213 goals, next to leader Alan Shearer's 260 goals.
A multi-year extension with Tottenham guarantees Kane to be the all-time leading goalscorer of England's highest-tier football.
Kane has averaged 23.3 goals per season in the Premier League since his breakout 2014-15 campaign.
