Los Angeles Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue was asked one of the most common basketball questions, but he seemingly did not want to give an opinion.

During a recent appearance on the All The Smoke podcast with Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson, the 46-year-old tactician was asked to rank Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and LeBron James.

The 2016 NBA champion coach gave a resounding "nope," and the three started laughing together.

Lue has been notably involved with three of the greatest basketball players ever. He spent the first three seasons of his playing career with the Los Angeles Lakers from 1998 to 2001, where he was teammates with Kobe Bryant.

The six-foot point guard won two championships with the purple-and-gold franchise in 2000 and 2001, and he was part of a highlight reel in the latter when Sixers legend Allen Iverson crossed him up in Game 1 of the Finals, stepping over him after.

Lue spent the next chapter of his career with the Washington Wizards, with Michael Jordan as a teammate. Their two seasons together were uneventful, as the team missed the playoffs both times.

Lue coached the greatest Finals comeback ever

Lue was appointed as an assistant coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2014, who had just acquired LeBron James for his second stint with the team.

After then-head coach David Blatt was fired in January 2016, Lue took over the team's head coaching duties and guided the Cavaliers to their first NBA championship, coming back from a 1-3 deficit in the Finals against the 73-9 Golden State Warriors to take home the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy.
