Stephen Curry is adding fuel to the fire that is the Golden State Warriors - Los Angeles Lakers rivalry.
The two-time MVP participated in the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament and did the unthinkable.
He aced a hole-in-one on the 152-yard par 3, the first ace on No. 7 in the 34-year history of the ACC, according to NBC Sports.
When asked why he is having a great start to the tourney, he said, "Losing to the Lakers."
The Lakers eliminated the Warriors twice in the last three seasons, one in the play-in and one last season in the semifinals of the Western Conference.
Of course, Curry is saying it in jest.
Lebron James even reacted and praised Curry's hole-in-one.
In another interview, he broke down his amazing shot.
"It was good contact, right at the stick, but even if you're painting the flag and it looks good, you never really expect it to go in," he said.
"I just saw a bunch of hands go up, and then you just kind of black out."
Stephen Curry wins ACC
It seems the Lakers can have a claim on Curry's recent streaks after Curry won the American Century Championship, his first ever.
When asked what winning the ACC is compared to other sports, he said it is all about the crowd.
"I've had good shots, I've made two hole-in-ones," he said during the awarding ceremony.
"But to do it in this environment where all the fans are going crazy with me. I did a hundred-fifty-yard sprint down the fairway.
"This part right here, to win it, just this atmosphere, man. This is why I love this tournament so much. That's what golf kind of provides in terms of the competition, the fun, the energy."
